Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy explains how Emily Valentine Co. ("we", "us") looks after your personal data when you visit this page or apply for the Creator CEO Method. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

Emily Valentine Co. is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11131597). We are the "data controller" for your data, which means we decide how and why it is used. You can contact us at emily@influencehersociety.com.

What we collect

When you apply. The application button takes you to a form hosted by Airtable. We collect what you type into that form, such as your name, email address, social media handles and your answers about your content and business. If you also DM us on Instagram, we see what you send us there.

When you visit this page. Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies and tracking. This page does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and images are served from the same site, not from third parties. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

How we use your data

Our legal basis

We use your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (reviewing your application), for our legitimate interests (running and securing our business), and, where needed, with your consent (marketing).

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers to run our business, including Airtable (application form and records), Netlify (website hosting), and email, scheduling and payment tools once you join. These providers only process your data for us and under their own data protection terms. Some of them may store data outside the UK, in which case they rely on recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep application data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and delete it when you ask us to, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

Keeping it secure

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If you think your data has been misused, lost or accessed without permission, please tell us straight away at emily@influencehersociety.com.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email emily@influencehersociety.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This page links to other sites, including Airtable, Instagram and TikTok. We do not control them and this policy does not cover them. Please read their privacy policies before sharing your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
